I did install of DNN and went through setup without any troubles. However, once I logged into the site and tried to edit SITE SETTINGS, I rec’d error regarding no NULL entry with Language.
THE SOLUTION:
This issue is caused by a change to the default language handling which results in a new website not creating an entry in the Languages table.
Workaround:
- Go to the Admin/Languages page
- Click on the Edit Languages link in the upper left corner of the module
- Select a language from the Dropdown list.
- Check the enabled checkbox
- Click the update button.
After applying the Workaround, you will be able to edit the Site Settings without the error.
